Thank you for taking time to learn more about the exciting project we are planning for the Belleview Biltmore.  Since purchasing the hotel in June, 2007, we have worked tirelessly with the community citizens.  The City Council, staff, Belleair Country Club and the homeowners association have been instrumental in providing ideas and insight.  We have modified many of our plans based on the input we have heard.  We believe you will be as motivated as we are to get involved and help this project.  If you have any questions please let us know.
